Soil Nail Micropile

The PD20A and PD20 are built for Soil Nailing and indoor Underpinning jobs, while light weight is the main consideration. The PD20A has the most basic drilling function, and even more economical than PD20.

Attaching with flushing head design, it makes your drilling even more easier. Next, the more advanced design, PD20, comes with a gear box rotator, so that it produces more power and torque, meaning, bigger and deeper holes. Coming with a top-swivel and hollow spindle, it works as well with DTH hammers.

For micropile drilling, CD28, CD80, and CD120 are the machines that do the works. CD28 replace earlier model CD24, which has been eliminated in the year of 2005. The biggest rod/casing diameter CD28 can do is 200mm. CD80 and CD120 shares the same machine chases, but CD120 works in deeper holes, and it can hold 6-meter rod. Working together with the Top-Flush Water Swivel, one can use water or mud to easily flush the drilling holes. On the other hand, connecting to high-pressure air to this hollow spindle design ensure DTH Hammers to work in most efficiency way.

The CD80EX and CD120EX are the modified version of CD80 and CD120, respectively, where excavator arm is replaced by our drilling mast. When it comes to water-well drilling, WCD200 is the one that works well enough. This machine can be mounted on a crawler, or a truck for easy transportation.
